The mesoporous carbon material has a plurality of mesopores formed by the carbon matrix and the carbon nanotubes and/or the metal particles and/or the metal oxide particles. The plurality of carbon nanotubes, and/or the metal particles and/or the metal oxide particles are formed substantially adjacent to the plurality of mesopores.
