When the connecting component is used to fixedly connect the rigid object, the radio frequency electronic component provides a space to store database; with the radio frequency identification reader, industry can read the data at any time during the inspection or the maintenance stages, which improves the convenience of obtaining data and the efficiency of operation.

The hangtag includes a hangtag main body and a connection element including an RFID component, wherein the connection element passes through the hangtag main body, and two opposite ends with a first expansion and a second expansion abut against the surfaces of the hangtag main body. The reader includes a case, a reading head, and a circuit board. The case has a containing groove which has a groove shape corresponding to at least partial outer shape of the hangtag main body, the first expansion, and the second expansion. The reading head and the circuit board are set in the case, and electrically connected. When the hangtag with partial outer shape corresponding to the groove shape of the containing groove inserts in the containing groove, the RFID component corresponds to the reading head accurately to be connected rapidly.

Abstract: A method of sending media files is provided, which includes the following steps. The first user reads an identification code on an electronic tag by the first electronic device, and transmits the media file, the identification code, and the first identification datum to the server by the first electronic device. The server generates a recorded data set including a link information for the media file. After getting the electronic tag, the second user reads the identification code of the electronic tag, and transmits the identification code and the second identification datum to the server by the second electronic device so as to compare with the recorded data set. If they are consistent, the server sends the link information for the media file to the second electronic device so that the second electronic device obtains the media file accordingly, and thus to increase information security for sending media files.

Abstract: A method of checking products is provided, which includes the following steps. The electronic device reads an electronic tag on an object by the tag reading module so as to obtain an object identification code which is corresponding to and provided on the electronic tag; the electronic device transmits the object identification code to a data management system; the data management system searches from the database whether an identification code of the product items is consistent with the object identification code; if the consistent identification code is not found, the data management system transmits a notification message to the electronic device whereby workers can be informed by the electronic device that the current object doesn't belong to the products corresponding to the product items so that it would be more convenient to check products.

The punched portion forms at least one protruded sheet. The metal plate member has at least one protruded sheet protruding in a direction from the second surface toward the first surface to stand above the first surface of the unpunched portion, thereby to form a channel between the protruded sheet and a level corresponding to the first surface of the unpunched portion. The steel rope passes through the channel, and is clasped by the protruded sheet and first surface of the unpunched portion, so that a portion of the steel rope is curved from the first surface to the second surface.

Perform an inspection step multiple times to obtain the inspection data of the products, and record the inspection data in the product items in the database. The first party selects a plurality of product items from the product items in the database through the first electronic device. The data management system generates a check code corresponding to the check items, and generates a notification message. After the second party responds to the notification message through the second electronic device, the data management system determines whether the inspection data of each of the check items satisfies the corresponding check condition, and transfers the check items satisfying the check condition to the second electronic device.
