  • Publication number: 20190101296
Abstract: A dual back suction type range hood includes a wind collecting case. An upper half part and a lower half part of a front surface of the wind collecting case have at least one horizontally extending elongated first air-extracting port and at least one horizontally extending elongated second air-extracting port, respectively. The first air-extracting port is parallel to the second air-extracting port, and the two are in communication with at least one air-extracting device. When the air-extracting device draws air, the total air flow passing through the second air-extracting port is greater than the total air flow passing through the first air-extracting port at a same time. As such, after the second air-extracting port draws most of airborne grease and fumes, the first air-extracting port extracts a very small amount of airborne grease and fumes flowing upwards, thus achieving complete fume exhaustion.

  • Patent number: 8469780
Abstract: A reverse oblique air curtain exhaust cabinet comprises a cabinet that has a bottom plate and an elongate air blow slot is provided in front of the bottom plate. Through the elongate air blow slot, air is blown upward at an oblique angle toward the rear plate of the cabinet. An air-extraction hood is provided in a space defined above the bottom plate in a way of being vertically movable relative to the cabinet. The air-extraction hood has an elongate air-extraction part that is parallel to the elongate air blow slot in a way that the elongate air-extraction part is above and spaced from the elongate air blow slot toward the rear plate of the cabinet. Thereby, an oblique air curtain that flows upward is formed to remove the pollutants between the oblique air curtain and rear plate and left and right lateral plates in a more energy-saving way.

  • Publication number: 20120276830
Abstract: An exhaust device having deflection plates comprises a cabinet that is provided with a space therein. An opening is formed in front of the cabinet. The air-extraction hood located at the top of the cabinet is provided at the bottom thereof with an elongate air-extraction slot facing downwards and parallel to the rear plate. A left deflection plate is vertically located in the space in a manner of being relatively oblique to the left lateral plate while a right deflection plate is vertically located in the space in a manner of being relatively oblique to the right lateral plate. Thereby, the air drawn towards the elongate air-extraction slot can flow into the cabinet via the left and the right deflection plates so as to prevent the leakage of pollutants from the opening in front of the cabinet.

  • Publication number: 20120152229
Abstract: A range hood capable of resisting draft is provided above a counter on the top of which an air-generation device is located. The range hood comprises an air-extraction hood that has a bottom provided with an elongate air-extraction slot for drawing air upwards. Besides, an air blow groove is provided in front of the elongate air-extraction slot for blowing air downwards. A long left upright plate and a long right upright plate are respectively provided below the left and right lateral surfaces of the air-extraction hood. Thereby, when the elongate air-extraction slot draws in air, an oblique airflow is formed. Besides, the long left and right upright plates are able to hinder the draft coming from lateral sides, so as to protect the oblique airflow structure. Consequently, an intact upwards-flowing airflow is formed to exhaust soot and harmful gases.

  • Publication number: 20100267321
Abstract: A biological safety cabinet (BSC) has an air curtain to isolate air inside and outside the BSC. A most preferable slight concave curtain of air can be obtained. With the curtain, neither contamination in the BSC leaks out nor outside contamination enters the BSC. Furthermore, no circulation is formed in the BSC by blowing the air curtain. Thus, the operator using the BSC and the product in the BSC are both well protected.

  • Publication number: 20100095949
Abstract: The present invention relates to a pollutant removing device and an oblique single air curtain range hood using the device. The rear side of the range hood is adjacent to a wall and the range hood includes an air blow device and a suction device. The air blow device has an elongate air blow slot that is provided in front of a counter top and through which air is blown upward. The suction device is located above the counter top and includes an elongate suction opening that is connected with a suction machine to produce upward suction force. The elongate suction opening is parallel to the elongate air blow slot in a way that the elongate suction opening is above and spaced from the elongate air blow slot toward the wall. By means of the operation of the suction machine, an oblique air curtain that is nearly two-dimensional is formed between the elongate suction opening and the elongate air blow slot.
