Abstract: A storage device equipped with NAND flash memory and method for storing information thereof includes a SLC processing structure to provide fast information access and improve processing performance and a MLC processing structure to increase data density of each storage unit and reduce the cost and size of each unit of information. The data storing method includes storing important information such as operating system programs, application programs and information that have been accessed frequently in the SLC processing structure, and storing ordinary information in the MLC processing structure to reduce the cost and size of each unit of information.

Abstract: A method, medium, and system reducing the computational complexity of a Simultaneous Localization And Mapping (SLAM) algorithm that can be applied to mobile robots. A system estimating the pose of a mobile robot with the aid of a particle filter using a plurality of particles includes a sensor which detects a variation in the pose of a mobile robot, a particle filter unit which determines the poses and weights of current particles by applying the detected pose variation to previous particles, and an evolution unit which updates the poses and weights of the current particles by applying an evolution algorithm to the poses and weights of the current particles.

Abstract: A damping structure for a rotor assembly includes holes defined in a rotor and in a side board respectively and damping elements inserted into the holes of the rotor to be located between the rotor and the side board. Each damping element is received in a corresponding to one of the holes of the rotor and the side board so as to absorb vibration from the rotor to the axle of the rotor assembly.

Abstract: A collapsible table is provided. The collapsible table includes a feet unit having two horizontal rods, a plurality of feet each having an upper end pivotally connected to one end of the horizontal rod. Each foot is provided with a position limit ring and a slidable sleeve disposes thereabout. A guide rod is provided pivotally between a horizontal rod and each slidable sleeve. Each position limit ring has a projecting member, and each slidable sleeve has an engage member for engage the projecting member. The position limit rings stop the slidable sleeve upon spreading the feet unit. The slidable sleeve moves the guide rods to force the feet swing down or up during spreading or collapsing. The engagement of the engage members and the projecting members securely retains the feet unit in the spread position.

Abstract: A collapsible table includes mainly a feet unit consisting of two horizontal rods, a plurality of feet respectively having an upper end pivotally connected to one of two end of each horizontal rod Each foot has a position limit ring and a slidable sleeve fixed around each foot movably under the position limit ring. A guide rod is provided pivotally between the horizontal rod and each slidable sleeve. Each position limit ring has a projecting member, and each slidable sleeve has an engage member to engage the projecting member. The position limit rings stop the slidable sleeve in spreading the feet unit, and the slidable sleeve moves the guide rod to force the feet swing down or up in case of spreading or collapsing. Engagement of the projecting members and the engage members stabilizes the feet unit in the spread position.
