The outer channel has a facing up opening and is provided with a plurality of smoke-releasing tubes, which are connected to the smoke-releasing connection tubes of the inner channel, a passage is formed between the inner channel and the outer channel, and is used for the storage of water. The burner mounted at the bottom of the water boiler heats the water boiler and the temperature of the water therein rapidly increases and the water boils to form steam.
