The nucleoside triphosphate photoaffinity probe is a novel small molecule activity probe for detecting nucleoside triphosphate-binding proteins and is based on the structure of nucleoside triphosphates (GTP and ATP) connected to a smaller photoaffinity side chain modification. This probe can effectively label nucleoside triphosphate-binding proteins in cell lysates for high-throughput proteomics analysis, identify and analyze the binding sites of the probe, and can also be used to analyze the action sites of nucleoside triphosphate competitive inhibitors, thus having significant practical application value.

    Abstract: The application provides a method for controlling nitrogen in steelmaking by spraying hydrogen containing plasma, including: using a mixture of hydrogen rich gas and argon gas to generate hydrogen plasma for denitrification of molten steel during at least one of arc furnace smelting, ladle refining, VOD refining, and RH refining. The method for controlling nitrogen in steelmaking by spraying hydrogen containing plasma provided in the application can effectively remove nitrogen from the molten steel by spraying a mixture of argon gas and hydrogen rich gas into the molten steel through a hollow electrode and plasma torch, reducing electrode consumption and electricity consumption per ton steel, and also reducing arc radiation heat loss, improving heating rate, thereby shortening smelting time and reducing production costs.

A polar code with another code length is constructed based on a sequence with a length of N0. A length of a polar code that needs to be stored is therefore reduced, which reduces complexity and is also easy to implement.

The invention introduces a novel class of compounds exhibiting androgen receptor (AR) antagonistic activity. In particular, these compounds target a binding pocket located in the dimer interface of AR ligand binding domain (AR-LBD). These compounds effectively disrupt AR dimerization, thereby suppressing AR signaling. The high AR antagonistic activity and favorable safety profile of the compounds provided by the present invention have been substantiated through biochemical assays and animal models. Therefore, these compounds can be utilized in the formulation of medications to treat diseases characterized by abnormal expression of AR, including but not limited to prostate cancer, metastatic prostate cancer, castration-resistant prostate cancer, breast cancer and ovarian cancer.
