  • Publication number: 20250071008
Abstract: A communication method includes determining a first bandwidth BW1, determining a second reserved tone pattern based on the first bandwidth BW1 and a first reserved tone pattern, and receiving or sending data based on the second reserved tone pattern. The first reserved tone pattern is a first tone index set corresponding to first reserved tones. The second reserved tone pattern is a second tone index set corresponding to second reserved tones. The second reserved tone pattern includes x translated first reserved tone patterns. A bandwidth corresponding to the first reserved tone pattern is a second bandwidth BW2, where x=int(BW1/BW2), and int represents a rounding function.

  • Publication number: 20250070952
Abstract: A communication method and a communication apparatus are provided. The method includes: A first device receives first information, determines a target TR pattern based on the first information, and sends information or demodulates received information based on the target TR pattern, where the target TR pattern is a sub-pattern of a longest TR pattern, and the longest TR pattern includes a set of sub-carriers used as reserved tones. The longest TR pattern may include a plurality of TR sub-patterns of different lengths. For example, a first TR pattern of a first length is a sub-pattern of the longest TR pattern, and a second TR pattern of a second length is also a subset of the longest TR pattern. The TR sub-patterns of different lengths may correspond to different carrier bandwidths or quantities of RBs.

  • Patent number: 12224856
Abstract: This application relates to the field of wireless communications technologies, and discloses an encoding method and apparatus, to improve accuracy of reliability calculation and ordering for polarized channels. The method includes: obtaining a first sequence used to encode K to-be-encoded bits, where the first sequence includes sequence numbers of N polarized channels, the first sequence is same as a second sequence or a subset of the second sequence, the second sequence comprises sequence numbers of Nmax polarized channels, and the second sequence is the sequence shown in Sequence Q11 or Table Q11, K is a positive integer, N is a positive integer power of 2, n is equal to or greater than 5, K?N, Nmax=1024; selecting sequence numbers of K polarized channels from the first sequence; and performing polar code encoding on K the to-be-encoded bits based on the selected sequence numbers of the K polarized channels.

  • Publication number: 20230374601
Abstract: Fragmentation of cell-free DNA molecules is measured and used for various purposes, including determining methylation, e.g., at a particular site of a DNA molecule, at a particular genomic site in a reference genome for a biological sample (e.g., plasma, serum, urine, saliva) of cell-free DNA of a subject, or for a particular region in the reference genome for the biological sample (also just referred to as a sample). Various types of fragmentation measurements can be used, e.g., end motifs and cleavage profiles. Another purpose is determining a fractional concentration of DNA of a particular tissue type (e.g., clinically-relevant DNA). Another purpose is determining a pathology of a subject using a biological sample including cell-free DNA. The cell-free DNA can be of the subject or of a pathogen (e.g., a virus) in the subject's sample. Sites/regions that are hypermethylated, hypomethylated, 5hmC-enriched, and 5hmC-depleted for a particular tissue type can be used.

  • Patent number: 11416288
Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a method, device and computer program product for managing a service. The method comprises in response to processor credits for the service reaching threshold credits at a first time instant (t1), determining a second time instant when a first operation for the service is to be performed. The method further comprises determining, based on a set of historical processor credits between the first time instant and the second time instant, first processor credits related to a second set of time periods which is between the first time instant and second time instant.
