    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to methods and electronic devices for predicting a fertile period. In one example method, an electronic device obtains physiological parameters of a user and menstruation data entered by the user, and obtains a time length for which the user has worn a wearable device. If the time length for which the user has worn the wearable device is greater than or equal to a predetermined time length, the electronic device determines whether a current time is within a fertile period, and if the current time is not within the fertile period, the electronic device determines whether the current time has entered an initial window. If the current time is within the initial window, the electronic device reduces a length of the initial window, and outputs a reduced window.

    Abstract: This invention pertains to compounds of the general formula (I) and their applications. The invention introduces a novel class of compounds exhibiting androgen receptor (AR) antagonistic activity. In particular, these compounds target a binding pocket located in the dimer interface of AR ligand binding domain (AR-LBD). These compounds effectively disrupt AR dimerization, thereby suppressing AR signaling. The high AR antagonistic activity and favorable safety profile of the compounds provided by the present invention have been substantiated through biochemical assays and animal models. Therefore, these compounds can be utilized in the formulation of medications to treat diseases characterized by abnormal expression of AR, including but not limited to prostate cancer, metastatic prostate cancer, castration-resistant prostate cancer, breast cancer and ovarian cancer.

    Abstract: The present invention provides use of phenylquinolinone derivative or flavonoid derivative for neuropathic pain. The phenylquinolinone derivative or flavonoid derivative include pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. The compound of the present invention is a histamine H3 receptor antagonist, has a different mechanism of action from existing drugs, and can be used in the preparation of drugs for treating neuropathic pain diseases. The effect of the compound of the present invention for treating neuropathic pain is superior to that of amitriptyline, gabapentin, pregabalin and carbamazepine. Therefore, the compound of the present invention has a better treatment effect, and has the characteristics of a small dosage, good drug efficacy, high bioavailability and high safety. Compared with opioids, the compound of the present invention has no addiction property, and is a very effective drug for treating neuropathic pain diseases. Therefore, the compound has a great prospect in clinical application.

The system stores a plurality of three-dimensional facial models corresponding to a plurality of preset sentiments one-to-one. The system identifies a present sentiment according to an acoustic signal and selects a selected model from the three-dimensional facial models according to the present sentiment, wherein the preset sentiment corresponding to the selected model is same as the present sentiment. The system predicts an upper half face image according to a lower half face image, combines the lower half face image and the upper half face image to form a whole face image, and generates a plurality of feature relationships by matching the facial features of the whole face image with the facial features of the selected model so that a virtual facial model can simulate an expression based on the feature relationships.
