    Abstract: The present invention relates to a preparation method of a P-type high-resistance and ultra-high-resistance Czochralski monocrystalline silicon substrate. According to the present invention, an oxygen concentration in a silicon wafer is controlled to match with a resistivity, so as to realize that a conductive type of the silicon substrate does not change after a device is manufactured, and that the silicon substrate has a high resistivity. The oxygen concentration and the resistivity in silicon crystal can be adjusted separately or together; and operation is flexible, and a yield of a high-resistance silicon crystal is greatly improved.

A controller is in actuating combination with the triggering mechanism. The controller is configured to monitor for at least one predetermined stimulus to actuate the triggering mechanism. The stimulus can include a predetermined text, sound, image, and/or location generated by the electronic device. A smart material can be used for holding and releasing the aroma or other compound. The smart material can include a porous polymer matrix, wherein the porous polymer matrix releases the material upon an actuation of the triggering mechanism.

The method designs an image steganography model that supports bidirectional mapping. The model includes cascaded invertible modules containing a host branch and a hidden branch. A hidden image is embedded into a host image through forward mapping to form a stego image, and the host image and the hidden image are separated and recovered from the single stego image through reverse mapping.

    Abstract: Techniques and architecture are described for tracking flows of packets in a network using a packet color marking scheme for obtaining network end-to-end traffic flow metrics in the network. In particular, in configurations, a user may be prompted to specify a site and a virtual private network (VPN) at which to start a trace for packet flows using a coloring marking scheme within the network. Given the VPN and the site, it is possible to monitor interested packet flows and apply metadata, e.g., colors, on flow packets. Remote wide area network (e.g., software defined WAN (SD-WAN)) routers receiving the packets with metadata may automatically trace the same flow and apply the same metadata to a next hop router. Hence, an end-to-end network path may be discovered.

    Abstract: A computer-implemented method, system and computer program product for improving understandability of text by a user. A final word vector for each word in a sentence of a document is computed, such as by averaging a first word vector and a second word vector for that word. Furthermore, elements of a user portrait are vectorized. A distance is then computed between a vector for each word in the sentence and a vectorized element in the user's portrait which is summed to form an evaluation result for the element. An evaluation result is also formed for every other element in the user's portrait by performing such a computation step. A “final evaluation result” is then generated corresponding to the evaluation results for every element in the user's portrait. The document is then transformed in response to the final evaluation result indicating a lack of understanding of the sentence by the user.
