    Abstract: Embodiments of wet processing systems and methods for uniform wet processing are disclosed. A method described in the present disclosure includes measuring one or more wafer characteristics of a wafer using a plurality of detectors and determining a wafer profile of the wafer based on the measured one or more wafer characteristics. The method also includes setting first and second sets of wet processing parameters of a wet processing system for respective first and second wafer regions based on the wafer profile, where a value of at least one wet processing parameter is different between the first and second sets of wet processing parameters. The method further includes performing wet processing on the wafer by dispensing one or more chemicals onto the first and second wafer regions according to the respective first and second sets of wet processing parameters.

    Abstract: A solid state transformer (SST) is provided, and is concerned with improving the fault tolerance of the SST. A method of operating the SST and an SST device including the SST are also provided. The SST has three parallel phase branches each having multiple cells, and each phase branch is connectable via a switch to a power grid. The method comprises operating the SST in a first control mode, in which each of the three phase branches is individually controlled. Further, when an open-circuit or short-circuit fault occurs in a cell of a particular phase branch, the method further comprises opening the switch connecting the particular phase branch to the power grid, and operating the SST in a second control mode, in which the two phase branches other than the particular phase branch are jointly controlled as a single phase branch.

    Abstract: To avoid hash table collisions, such as in response to sequential addresses, a hash module is provided that includes a first multiplexer that, responsive to a control signal, outputs received data on one of two or more scramblers. The scramblers are configured to selectively receive the selected data output from the first multiplexer and perform a scrambler operation on the selected data to generate scrambled data. A second multiplexer outputs the scrambled data to a first hash module configured to performs a hash function on the scrambled data to generate a hash value. A second hash module, responsive to a collision occurring in the first hash module, perform a hash function on the scrambled data received from the first hash module. The use of a scrambler reduces collisions in the hash module outputs over time and multiple scramblers may be used to further reduce collisions.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a preparation method of an organosilica/ceramic composite membrane with a gradient pore structure. The preparation method comprises: (1) selecting a porous ceramic material as a membrane support layer; (2) gradually replacing a solvent with water to prepare zirconium colloidal sols with different particle sizes, and successively coating the prepared zirconium colloidal sols onto a ceramic support from large to small so as to form a membrane transition layer with a gradient pore structure; and (3) catalytically synthesizing an organosilica polymeric sol using hydrochloric acid, coating the prepared organosilica sol onto the preheated transition layer through ultrasonic thermal spraying to undergo heat treatment, so as to prepare the organosilica/ceramic composite membrane with the gradient pore structure. According to the present disclosure, the transition layer with the gradient pore structure is prepared by using the zirconium colloidal sols with different particle sizes.
