    Abstract: A secondary disconnect assembly is for electrically connecting and disconnecting accessories to an electrical switching apparatus, such as a power circuit breaker. The secondary disconnect assembly includes a terminal block assembly comprising a mounting member, at least one terminal block removably mounted on the mounting member, and at least one accessory plug structured to be removably inserted into the terminal block to be electrically connected to the terminal block. The terminal block and the accessory plug each include a plurality of error-proofing features. The error-proofing features prohibit insertion of the accessory plug into the terminal block unless the accessory plug is correctly disposed in a predetermined orientation.

    Abstract: A secondary disconnect assembly is for an electrical switching apparatus. The secondary disconnect assembly includes a terminal block assembly comprising a mounting member including a number of protrusions, and a cradle assembly coupled to the mounting member and being movable among a plurality of positions with respect to the mounting member. The cradle assembly includes a cradle housing and an inner cradle movably disposed with the cradle housing. The protrusions align and guide the inner cradle with respect to the mounting member. When the inner cradle is disposed in a first predetermined one of the positions, the number of protrusions engage and lock the inner cradle to restrict movement of the inner cradle with respect to the mounting member. When the inner cradle is moved toward a second predetermined one of the positions, the number of protrusions release the inner cradle to move independently with respect to the mounting member.

The heater and fuel cell can be encased within a tubular thermal casing; the inside of the casing defines a first reactant chamber for containing a first reactant, such as oxidant. The fuel cell comprises a ceramic solid state electrolyte layer and inner and outer electrode layers concentrically arranged around and sandwiching the electrolyte layer. The outer electrode layer is fluidly communicable with the first reactant, and the inner electrode layer is fluidly isolated from the first reactant and fluidly communicable with a second reactant, such as fuel.

The fixing members are attached to the first panels. The slats are pivotably attached to the first panels to adjustably shield the opening. Each of the slats includes a gear shaft fixed to an end thereof. The actuating member includes a rack bar slidably attached to one of the first panels to mesh with the gears shafts. The slats are rotatable clockwise or anticlockwise. Thus, the opening may be adjustably exposed to control an amount of air entering the chassis for dissipation of heat.

    Abstract: A system and method facilitates communication of domain management functions and information between a front-end server, utilized for example by an unaccredited registrar or other type of partner site, and a back-end server. Typically the back-end server has direct access to the shared registry system (SRS) and is of the type such as might be found within an accredited registrar. Communication between the front-end server and the back-end server is through a lightweight protocol. The front-end server generates a graphical user interface on an operator's terminal. An operator enters information to the front-end server through the graphical user interface and generates a message from the operator terminal to the front-end server. The front-end server parses the message, extracts information appropriate to the requested function, and generates a compact command message to send to the back-end server.
