    Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a method for processing information bits in a wireless communication network. A device obtains a Polar encoded bit sequence, then divide the Polar encoded bit sequence into g groups that are of equal length N/g, wherein g is 32. The device block interleaves the g groups to obtain an interleaved bit sequence according to a sequence S, wherein the sequence S comprises: group numbers of the g groups, wherein a group whose number is 0 is the first element in the sequence S, wherein a group whose number is 12 is the 17th element in the sequence S, wherein a group whose number is 31 is the 32nd element in the sequence S, wherein the S is an integer and output the interleaved bit sequence.

The method includes performing puncturing at the P1 bit positions in the first encoded sequence to obtain rate-matched encoded bits. The P1 to-be-punctured bit positions are bit positions corresponding to polarization channels 0 to PT1?1, PT1 to 3N/8?1, and/or N/2 to 5N/8?1, PT1 is a threshold of a quantity of to-be-punctured bit positions, and PT1?N/4.     Abstract: This application provides a TA determining method and apparatus for a terminal device. After receiving a TA adjustment parameter sent by an access network device and determining that a TA of the terminal device needs to be adjusted, the terminal device determines a TA scaling factor, a subcarrier spacing parameter, and a first TA, to jointly adjust the first TA to obtain a second TA. A TA adjustment parameter k is added when the terminal device determines the second TA, so that an adjustable range of the TA is larger. Therefore, the TA may be applied to determining the TA of the terminal device when the terminal device communicates with a satellite base station. In this way, the terminal device can adjust the TA when movement of a device is caused by both the terminal device and the satellite base station.

Each of the p encoded subsequences is rate matched to obtain a rate-matched encoded subsequence. A rate-matched encoded subsequence i of the p rate-matched encoded subsequences has a code length Mi. The p rate-matched encoded subsequences are concatenated into an encoded bit sequence which has a code length M.

The first bit sequence includes j subsequences, and j is a positive integer. The method further includes writing the first bit sequence into an interleaver of i rows and j columns. Bits in a column in the interleaver include one of the j subsequences; and reading out bits from the interleaver column by column, until M bits are read.     Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a fast numerical simulation method for laser radar ranging considering a speed factor. According to the method, the motion of the laser radar itself and the motion of an object in the surrounding environment are fully considered in the simulation process. The motion of the laser radar itself not only includes the overall motion of the device, but also includes the rotary scanning motion of a laser emitter, so that accurate numerical simulation is provided. In addition, the amount of calculation is simplified by introducing a sampling point set, and the effect of improving the accuracy of simulation by using a small amount of calculation is achieved. The method is especially suitable for a scenario where the laser radar itself and/or surrounding objects are in a high-speed motion state, and can achieve a significantly higher simulation precision than that achieved by existing methods.
