    Abstract: A real-time constant illuminance adjusting system includes a lighting device and an illuminance adjusting device. The lighting device includes a first constant illuminance controller, a light source and a first illuminance detector connected thereto. The light source emits light. The first illuminance detector is disposed at a first location to detect the illuminance of the first location to generate a first illuminance value. The illuminance adjusting device is disposed at a second location, and includes a second constant illuminance controller and a second illuminance detector connected to each other. The second illuminance detector detects the illuminance of the second location to generate a second illuminance value, and the second illuminance value is transmitted to the first constant illuminance controller. The first constant illuminance controller calculates an illuminance converting parameter between the first location and the second location according to the first and second illuminance values.

The processing module generates a gesture recognition result according to the order of receiving the first sensing signal and the second sensing signal.     Abstract: A combined plate-beam unit analysis method considering a residual stress effect of an orthotropic plate, which is used for analyzing an orthotropic steel bridge deck welded by a top plate of a bridge deck and a trapezoidal rib, the top plate of the bridge deck is analyzed by a flat shell unit, while each sub-plate forming a trapezoidal rib is analyzed by a plate-beam unit. The welding residual stress of a top plate and a trapezoidal rib is obtained by a residual stress self-balancing condition, and the initial deformation of a top plate and left and right web plates of a trapezoidal rib is obtained by the stress-strain relationship. The combined plate-beam unit analysis method has the advantages of less freedom and high calculation accuracy, so it is especially suitable for structural analysis of the trapezoidal rib orthotropic plates.

    Abstract: An illuminance calibration device includes a processing module and a light detecting module. The processing module executes an illuminance calibration process. The light detecting module detects the current illuminance of a target position and transmits the current illuminance to the processing module. When the processing module is executing the illuminance calibration process, the processing module transmits a test signal to a lighting device to adjust the brightness of the lighting device by the minimal brightness adjusting unit of the lighting device so as to obtain the adjusted current illuminance of the target position. Then, the processing module generates a brightness adjusting signal according to the current illuminance, the adjusted current illuminance, the minimal brightness adjusting unit and a target illuminance in order to adjust the brightness of the lighting device, such that the illuminance of the target position reaches the target illuminance.
