Abstract: Devices and systems in the technical field of vehicles for improving pickup truck bed covers are described. One device includes a first connecting assembly, a second connecting assembly, and a first plate, a second plate and a plurality of extension plates arranged in sequence. The first connecting assembly is configured to movably connect the first plate and the second plate, and the second connecting assembly is configured to movably connect the second plate and the extension plate as well as two adjacent extension plates. The first connecting assembly and the second connecting assembly are flexibly connected to reduce the possibility of damage to the connection due to vibration and improve the service life.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a cross roof bar. The cross roof bar includes a main crossbeam, a base, an adjustment seat, and a fastening assembly that connects the base to the adjustment seat. The main crossbeam has a first sliding groove. The fastening assembly includes a fastening member, a fastening nut, and a fastening bolt. The fastening member is swingably mounted to the adjustment seat, and includes a lower fastening portion and an upper fastening portion connected to the lower fastening portion and slidably mounted to the first sliding groove. The fastening member is turnable to cause the upper fastening portion to press the main crossbeam on a top of the base. The cross roof bar can clamp longitudinal bars having different sizes, and a position of the main crossbeam on a roof can be adjusted, thereby helping construct a stable cargo support on the roof.

Abstract: A limiting structure and a rear compartment cover system for a pickup truck are described. The limiting structure includes a mounting base, two limiting blocks separately arranged on two sides of the mounting base, a pulling member driving the two limiting blocks to retract toward the mounting base, and a springback member driving the limiting blocks to extend in a direction away from the mounting base always, the two limiting blocks being both movably connected to the mounting base. This application has effects of convenient and fast operations and being convenient to take out goods from or place goods in the compartment.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a locking structure and a pickup truck compartment cover including the locking structure. The locking structure includes two fixing side frames and a locking frame. A locking slot is disposed on an inner side wall of the fixing side frame. Locking cartridge assemblies corresponding to the fixing side frames are respectively disposed at both ends of the locking frame, and the locking frame is further provided with a sliding cartridge assembly. The locking cartridge assembly comprises a locking cartridge, a locking member, and at least one locking spring. The sliding cartridge assembly comprises a control cartridge, a sliding handle, and an inhaul cable member, When the locking frame is mounted at the end portions of the two fixing side frames, the sliding handle is configured to drive the inhaul cable member to make a lock tongue break away from a locking slot.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a turnover assembly of a pickup truck carriage cover. The turnover assembly includes a main turnover component and two auxiliary turnover components installed on two sides of the main turnover component in a turnover manner. The main turnover component includes a transverse plate, a vertical plate, and two L-shaped supporting plates symmetrically connected to the vertical plate. The auxiliary turnover component includes an installation part and a turnover part matching the main turnover component. The turnover part includes a turnover shaft matching a turnover slot hole, a vertical limit plate disposed at a bottom of the turnover shaft, and an arc connecting plate connecting the vertical limit plate and an installation frame. The turnover assembly implements a turnover connection between components through matching between the turnover slot hole and the turnover shaft, and matching between a guiding cambered surface and an arc surface.

The cargo area cover frame body includes an outer frame bar along an outer edge and an inner support bar inside the cargo area cover frame body. The mounting bar comprises a built-in section and an inserting block, which is fixed within the outer frame bar. An upper end of the hanging rod is inserted into the mounting bar, a horizontal shaft is disposed at an upper portion of the handle, and a lower end of the hanging rod is disposed into the horizontal shaft and connected to the horizontal shaft through a thread. The locking block is disposed on the hanging rod.
