Abstract: A system for processing and managing product events is disclosed. The system may include one or memories storing instructions and one or more processors configured to execute the instructions to perform certain operations. The operations performed by the processors may include receiving a first product alert corresponding to a product event, wherein the product event is one of a recall event, a field correction event, or a repair instructions event, and receiving a second product alert. The operations may also include determining that the second product alert also corresponds to the product event, and responsive to determining that the second product alert also corresponds to the product event, generating an event data entry that represents the product event and includes the first product alert and the second product alert.

Abstract: A method for distributing product alerts among a plurality of facilities is provided. The method includes receiving alerts, processing the alerts into an alert repository, providing an interface to an external system, receiving, via the interface, a request from the external system for an alert related to a product at the facility, extracting the alert from the alert repository, and sending, via the interface, the alert to the external system. A system for managing product alert handling at a facility is also provided. The system includes an alert processor and an interface component. The alert processor maintains a database. The interface component receives a request from an external system for alert handling data, retrieves the alert handling data from the database, sends the data to the external system, receives an action based on the data from the external system, and implements the action to manage alert handling at the facility.

Abstract: A method for managing remediation of alerted products implemented using a computer having a processor and a display device is provided. The method comprises identifying an alert related to a product. The method also comprises facilitating handling of the alert by a user of the product. The method further comprises receiving data related to alert handling from the product user. The method further comprises analyzing the data related to alert handling with other data related to the alert. The method further comprises displaying the analyzed data on the display device. The method further comprises, based on the analyzed data, monitoring remediation efforts related to the alert.
