  • Patent number: 11572125
Abstract: A clamp assembly for attaching a grip to a bike handlebar is provided. The clamp assembly includes an insertion member that is inserted between the grip and the bike handlebar and has an outer end formed with a jaw structure. A clamping member is disposed into and coupled with the jaw structure. The clamping member is of a C-shaped structure having a first end and a second end that face and correspond to each other and spaced by a spacing distance. With the clamping member being disposed into and coupled with the jaw structure of the insertion member, a fastening member is applied to reduce and shrink the spacing distance between the first end and the second end of the clamping member.

  • Patent number: 7350674
Abstract: The arrangement is for the adjustment of wear of the position of the rotor of a sluice feeder within a feed casing. The rotor has the form of a truncated cone and the play between the rotor and the surrounding casing is adjusted depending on the wear between the rotor and the casing through the rotor being axially displaced a predetermined displacement. A complete driving unit, motor and gear box are suspended on the journal of the rotor. The driving unit receives support from a torque support in the form of a beam fixed in the casing. The complete driving unit accompanies the rotor shaft during adjustment and makes contact with the torque-absorbing beam through sliding bearing supports.

  • Patent number: 5051167
Abstract: An apparatus for screening a suspension of fibrous cellulose material containing undigested wood comprising a shaft rotating in a housing and an elongate screen disposed in a screening chamber. This screen comprises a stationary screening member and a rotating screening member connected to the shaft. Each of the screening members comprises a plurality of parallel rings disposed with predetermined axial distance from each other to form circumferential openings, the rings of the stationary screening member and the rotating screening member being arranged to partially close each other's openings between the rings to define circumferential screening gaps therebetween. According to the invention the stationary screening member is in the form of a unitary body rigidly connected to the housing so that at least circumferential movement is prevented. The rotating screening member is likewise in the form of a unitary body but it is connected to the shaft for common rotation therewith.

  • Patent number: 4991720
Abstract: In an apparatus for dividing a suspension of fibrous cellulose pulp into a plurality of portions in a closed housing having multiple inlets and outlets, the present invention suggests that the closed housing is divided into two chambers, each provided with at least one inlet and at least one outlet, and that in the first chamber a separating device is arranged, rotating at high speed, to separate undesired parts from the suspension via an outlet, the inlet of the second chamber comprising an opening arranged between the first chamber and the second chamber to transfer the suspension which has been substantially freed from undesired parts. Furthermore in the second chamber a rotor provided with blades is arranged, the rotor being connected to the separating device in the first chamber, the separating device and rotor being driven by a common shaft, and a screening device cooperating with the rotor, to divide the suspension into different fractions which leave the second chamber by individual outlets.

  • Patent number: 4986480
Abstract: Mechanical cellulosic fibrous material pulp (mechanical pulp to produce paper products) having lower freeness, and enhanced light scattering properties, tensile and tear strengths, for a given energy input, is produced by force feeding a refiner. Using a progressive compacting plugscrew, cellulosic material (e.g. wood chips) is fed to the refiner inlet at a rate greater than the transporting capacity of the refiner (e.g. about 10-40% greater). The refiner preferably is a low frequency conical refiner with steam removal at the grinding area between the conical refiner elements. The production rate is regulated by sensing the axial force on the refiner rotor and controlling the spacing between the refiner elements in response to the sensed axial force. The screw has a compaction ratio of at least 3/1 for wood chips and 6/1 for pulp, and is rotated at about 6-10% the speed of rotation of the refiner rotor.
