    Abstract: A tinsel wire structure and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The tinsel wire structure has a core, a conductive layer and a metal cladding layer. The core has an outer surface and defines a length direction. The conductive layer is spirally wound along the length direction on the outer surface of the core. The metal cladding layer is provided on the periphery of the conductive layer to cover the core and the conductive layer. The conductive layer is spirally wound on the outer surface of the core in a non-overlapping manner to define a gap so that the gap is spirally wound on the outer surface of the core in a non-overlapping manner. When the metal cladding layer covers the core and the conductive layer, the metal cladding layer covers the gap at the same time.

    Abstract: A signal wire which at least comprises a flexible core and a metal layer is disclosed. The flexible core has a surface and a longitudinal direction, and the metal layer comprises a plurality of metal foil straps. The metal foil straps are directly and helically wound in parallel on the surface of the core to form a continuously, electrically conductive structure along the longitudinal direction. Thereby, the signal wire has both a decreased external diameter and decreased impedance.

    Abstract: A sound signal wire is composed of a first set of weaving wires and a second set of weaving wires wound around periphery the first set of weaving wires. The first and second set of weaving wires respectively include at least a first weaving wire composed of a core and at least two conductive layers wound layer-by-layer to cross over with each other around periphery the core and a second weaving wire. The two adjacent conductive layers of the first weaving wire are wound to cross over with each other, and the two adjacent conductive layers of the second weaving wire are wound in the same direction such that a weaving structure is formed to enhance the structural rigidity and damping constant of the sound signal wire, so as to prevent roping effect occurred as a result of high frequency vibration.
