    Abstract: Test cartridges for performing multi-target assay panels, in particular multiplex vaginal panels (MVP) and methods of use and manufacture. Such cartridges can include a cartridge body having multiple chambers and rotatable valve assembly to facilitate controlled fluid flow, and various reagents and buffers to chemically lyse nucleic acids from multiple targets in MVP.
