Abstract: A method for recruiting candidates for employment comprising defining a plurality of employment requisitions having candidate matching criteria, identifying candidates for employment via an employment skills questionnaire, and selecting identified candidates for further evaluation based on a comparison between the candidate matching criteria and the results of the candidates' skills questionnaires. Further evaluation comprises an assessment in real time at an employer-hosted recruiting event. The most qualified candidates are presented with an offer for employment prior to the conclusion of the employer-hosted event. Real time candidate assessment comprises a panel interview of the candidate, a group observation exercise and a mentor assessment. Candidates attending the event receive offer/no offer letters and attend a feedback session prior to the conclusion of the event. Candidates accepting an offer are provided with relocation and follow-up hiring information including housing and relocation information.

Abstract: An internet-based system for recruiting candidates for employment is provided. A server is configured to receive employment requisitions having candidate matching criteria, host an interactive interface for presenting a candidates for employment with an employment skills questionnaire, assess each candidate based on a comparison between each candidate's employment skills and the candidate matching criteria and host an interactive interface for allocating invitations to an employer-hosted recruiting event to candidates based on the assessment. The server may also be configured to host an interface for defining, scheduling and receiving candidate assessments in real time during the employer-hosted recruiting events. Candidates are selected for hire in real time during the recruiting events and receive an offer/no offer letter electronically prior to the conclusion of their respective event.

Abstract: A web site for recruiting candidates for employment receives a candidate's employment credentials, presents at least one employment opportunity that best matches the candidate's employment credentials, receives input requesting consideration for the at least one employment opportunity and presents the candidate with an invitation to an employer-hosted recruiting event for further evaluation based on a comparison between the candidate's employment credentials and candidate matching criteria associated with the at least one employment opportunity. Alternately, the web site presents a candidate with an employment skills questionnaire and presents the candidate with an invitation to an employer-hosted recruiting event for further evaluation based on a comparison between the candidate's response to the employment skills questionnaire and candidate matching criteria associated with at least one employment opportunity. A multi-function icon is provided for managing at least one employment opportunity.
