    Abstract: A device to aid an operator in the manual recordation of data includes a case body having a surface upon which a record medium is accepted and plural visual light-emitting members in registry with respective discrete areas on the record medium. The light-emitting members are illuminated in accordance with a timed sequence so that the operator need only visually refer thereto to identify the proper area on the record medium upon which data is to be recorded.
