Abstract: A treated kaolin containing silicone rubber composition consisting essentially of an organopolysiloxane, treated kaolin, a curing agent; and optional additives selected from the group of one or more rheology modifiers, pigments, coloring agents, anti-adhesive agents, plasticizers, adhesion promoters, blowing agents, fire retardants and dessicants which composition is substantially free of reinforcing fillers. These finished kaolin containing silicone rubber compositions are useful in applications such as silicone profile extrusions, wire and cable coatings, glazing, and for construction gaskets.

Abstract: A silicone rubber composition comprising an organopolysiloxane having a viscosity of at least 100 mPa·s at 25° C., treated filler and a curing agent suitable for effecting cure of the composition in which the filler comprises a hydroxyapatite and is substantially free of reinforcing silica fillers. Essentially the hydroxyapatite is the only reinforcing filler material present. The use of hydroxyapatite as a reinforcing filler for silicone rubbers is also described.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method and apparatus for playing a game with a stock of substantially triangular playing pieces, each playing piece having at least two playing edges of equal length and bearing indicia associating each of the at least two edges with a group. The indicia may associate each playing edge with a group defined by a colour or tone, or with a group defined by a representation of an animal or defined in another way. Where the group is a colour or tone the indicia may take the form of bands of colour or tone running along a playing edge. The playing pieces may have each playing edge associated with a different group, or may have two or more playing edges associated with the same group. The object of the game is for teams to form polygons by laying playing pieces in the playing area according to the rules of the game.
