    Abstract: The present invention provides a gutter assembly configured for removing water from a structure. The gutter assembly is also configured to be moved to a position for accessible cleaning. The gutter assembly includes a trough having an opening configured to provide for the flow of water from the trough. A downspout is positioned near the trough and configured to convey water away from the trough. The trough and the downspout are configured to move together between a raised position and a lowered position.
