At least one of the limbs includes a swivel portion that is able to turn about a longitudinal axis. At least one locking part moves longitudinally along a respective one of the limbs between locked and unlocked positions. When the locking part is in the locked position, it prevents the swivel portion turning.

Each of the two series of spokes have an arc shape, with the two series of spokes leaning in opposite directions.
