The trailer carries a flat transport bed adapted to pivot about a wheel assembly and having one or more of longitudinal conveyors. The bed has one or more compression stations, each station comprising one or more pairs of stabilisers located on opposite side edges of the bed. Each compression station can laterally compress a bale and stabilize it for road transport.
