The method further includes determining, by a computer system, that the triggering event occurred and swapping, by the computer system, the first debt structure with the second debt structure.

The method further includes providing, by the computer system, the cash to the first party for the first debt structure. Finally, the method includes providing, by the computer system, the first debt structure to the at least one of the second party and the third party.
