  • Publication number: 20240144232
Abstract: A method and apparatus validating integrity of an environment of a terminal device remote to a commerce platform system are described. The method can include receiving, from the terminal device, a device provisioning request that comprises data indicative of an instance of an application installed on the terminal device, a first public key, a second public key, and a hardware attestation key, the first public key, the second public key, and the hardware attestation key generated within a trusted execution environment of the terminal device, and the first public key and the second public key having a corresponding first private key and second private key stored within the trusted execution environment.

  • Publication number: 20240124537
Abstract: Provided herein are gene repressor systems comprising fusion proteins, such as fusion proteins comprising a DNA binding domain such as a TALE, zinc finger or catalytically-dead CRISPR protein and guide nucleic acid (gRNA), which are useful in the repression of a proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin Type 9 (PCSK9) gene. Also provided are methods of using such systems to repress transcription of PCSK9.

  • Patent number: 11587420
Abstract: A system of identifying and tracking occupants of a building is provided. The system includes multiple detector devices that each receive an identification signal from an identification device and multiple image capture devices that each output an image signal depicting a respective monitored location of the building. The system further includes a processing circuit that receives the identification signal from one of the detector devices, associates the detector device with a detector location, retrieves a user attribute, and receives the image signal from one of the image capture devices depicting a monitored location corresponding to the detector location. The processing circuit further generates an annotated video signal including the user attribute overlaid on the video signal, and displays the annotated video signal on a display device.

  • Patent number: 10275722
Abstract: A method of machining a cellular core (14) includes mounting the core (14) atop a table (12) in a multi-axis Computerized Numerical Controlled (CNC) machine (10). The machine (10) is operated to self-scan the core (14) and self-recognize individual cells (30) arranged laterally in columns and longitudinally in rows. A machining path (E) is self-generated from the pre-recognized cells (30), and the core (14) is then machined along the self-generated machining path (E).
