  • Patent number: 10021159
Abstract: An adaptive video streaming stabilization system includes a computer network comprising a data source; a video player; and a session controller connected between the data source and an adaptive streaming stabilizer. The session controller is configured to use in parallel a variable number of streams in order to maximize download throughput from the data source to the video player. The adaptive streaming stabilizer is connected between the video player and the session controller.

  • Publication number: 20170104848
Abstract: A method of accelerating content download receives, by an acceleration module from a requester, at least one first request for at least part of a requested content download. The acceleration module sends to a server storing the requested content a plurality of second requests covering the at least part of the requested content. The acceleration module receives from the server and sends to the requester, content for fulfilling at least one of the at least one first request.

  • Publication number: 20110276703
Abstract: The present invention describes a system and method of establishing a peer-to-peer communication session between first communication device and second communication devices. Routing information of the first communication device is provided to the second communication device via a server coupled to a wide area network, and routing information of the second communication device is provided to the first communication device via the server. The first communication device communicates with the server to maintain updated first communication device routing information and port availability. Authentication information of second communication device is provided to the first communication device via the wide area network and the open port of the first communication device in order to authorize the initialization of a peer-to-peer communication session between the first communication device and the second communication device.
