Abstract: A foam roller system that may be used on a floor or mounted to a vertical surface such as a door or wall. The system may include stands that attach to a central axle inside the foam roller, and detachable mounting straps that attach to the stands; the straps may be hooked for example around the edges of a door to mount the roller system on a door. The position of the roller on the door may be adjusted by sliding the stands along the straps. The roller may include thermal and vibration elements to enhance therapies. The stands may have resistance elements to provide resistance to rolling.
