    Abstract: An article carrier used to carry various personal items, such as money, credit cards, keys, passports, and the like. This article carrier is to be used in conjunction with an elastic material, such as a garter. The garter would encircle a body part, such as a thigh, ankle, wrist or bicep and would contain a device for attaching the article carrier to an inside portion of the garter-type device. A type of ornamentation, such as a flower or feathers, would in turn be attached to a portion of the outside of the garter-type material to render the article carrier inconspicuous.
