  • Publication number: 20180102064
Abstract: The system is an interactive control system that uses multiple control points to manage a user toward a desired state through coaching, feedback, and feed-forward mechanisms. They system uses push and pull from a user to dynamically determine which control points to utilize and emphasize to guide the user to a desired state. The system creates Topics that are generated out of Content Elements. These topics are referenced by Rules and are arranged in a queue so that a planned succession of Topics can be presented proactively to a user in a prioritized and logical manner to guide the user to a desired state. The Rules include Dynamic Rules that allow real time modification of the queue to present Topics relevant to user state and progress toward the desired state.

  • Patent number: 9942397
Abstract: Methods and systems described in this disclosure allow customers to personalize their phone experience when calling into an organization. In some embodiments, customers who may benefit from this service are identified based on the content of the customer's previous or current phone calls to the organization. The identified customers may be invited to enroll and to provide preferences for a customized Interactive Voice Response experience. In some embodiments, the customer can elect to hear the balances of one or more of his accounts without going through a phone menu or asking a representative to look up the relevant amounts. Once enrolled, when the customer dials into the organization and upon successful authentication, the organization proactively states the customer's account balances with no further customer request.

  • Publication number: 20170145917
Abstract: A turbine engine casing flow-path segment that is locally diffusing, followed by a flow-path segment contracting in the vicinity of a fan blade. This contraction accelerates the fluid flow axially forward of the fan blade leading edge at the tip and converges with the linear flow-path aft of the fan blade leading edge but forward of the fan blade trailing edge. More diffused fluid flow results in increased flow capacity of the fan, and increased fan efficiency.
