The cantilevered arm has a first portion pivotally connected to the second end of the mast and a second portion rotatably connected to the first portion. The canopy is connected to the cantilevered arm and has a covering and a frame. The frame is moveable between an inflated position and a deflated position. The rotation system includes a handle, a first pulley operable by the handle, a second pulley connectable to the second portion of the cantilevered arm, and a cable connecting the first pulley to the second pulley. Rotation of the handle rotates the second portion of the cantilevered arm with respect to the first portion of the cantilevered arm.
