Primarily, it includes a U-shaped bar for fitting around the waist of the user, and a weight support sleeve is pivotally received on the legs of the U-shaped bar. The device further includes pad portions for the hips of the user, pads for the arms of the user, handle grips, and also a support stand for placement of the device when not in use.
