  • Patent number: 10851534
Abstract: A toilet system has a connector that defines a cylindrical aperture, with a threaded interior surface, around a central axis and that is configured for fixation to a support structure. A cylindrical waste pipe is elongated along the central axis and has a plurality of spaced ribs extending from an exterior surface. A ring-shaped gasket is positioned around the central axis and has a plurality of interior voids, each void corresponding to, and configured to, receive one of the spaced ribs. Further, the ring-shaped gasket has a threaded exterior surface, that slopes toward the central axis, and which is configured for engagement with the threaded interior surface of the connector.

  • Publication number: 20190383019
Abstract: An adjustable roof drain for flat and low pitch roofs includes a basin portion and a telescoping basin extension portion. A compression gasket provides a seal between the basin portion and the telescoping basin extension portions of the roof drain. The shape of the compression gasket causes it to be pushed inwardly when compressed so that it seals against the telescoping extension portion to both seal the extension portion and lock it at a selected height.

  • Patent number: 7967523
Abstract: A trench drain assembly including a flow channel and a frame for supporting the channel in a trench. Sidewalls of the frame have a gradually increasing height between ends of the frame so that the frame creates a gradual slope for the assembly to properly drain. In addition, sidewalls of the frame include spaced lugs that extend outwardly and sidewalls of the channel include spaced lugs that extend inwardly to create an interference fit with the lugs of the frame so that the channel can be easily attached to the frame. During assembly, the frame is lowered onto the channel so that the lugs of the frame are received between the lugs of the channels and the frame is then slid with respect to the channel until the lugs of the frame are positioned below the lugs of the channel to secure the frame to the channel.

  • Patent number: 7571497
Abstract: A lavatory carrier including at least one vertical upright, a horizontal cross plate, a clamp secured to the cross plate and releasably coupled to the upright, wherein the vertical position of the cross plate on the upright can be adjusted using the clamp, at least two horizontal arms for supporting a lavatory, and brackets secured to the arms and adjustably coupled to the cross plate. The positions of the arms, therefore, can be adjusted vertically and horizontally. In addition, horizontal positions of each of the arms on the cross plate can be independently adjusted using the brackets.

  • Patent number: 6979027
Abstract: A toilet carrier for supporting a wall-hung toilet can include a smooth pipe nipple that attaches a toilet to a waste pipe. A seal can be formed with the pipe nipple at the waste pipe end using a gasket compression seal, where a gasket is compressed between two opposing flanges encircling the pipe nipple, forcing a seal to be formed with the pipe nipple.
