The processing unit is configured to determine, for each image from the image capturing system, a two-dimensional representation of a slice of the object, and determine, using the representation of each slice, a three-dimensional representation of the object. A method of determining a three-dimensional representation of an individual object includes the aforementioned steps performed by the processing unit.
