  • Patent number: 7931172
Abstract: A pump dispenser includes a tube seat engaged in a rotating lid of the lotion bottle; a pump arranged on a bottom of the tube seat for drawing the lotion unilaterally; a through hole arranged in the tube seat and communicated with the pump; a pipe movably received in the through hole to be configured for guiding the lotion in the pump; a press head placed over an opening of the pipe exposed out of the top of the through hole to be configured for guiding the lotion in the pipe out; at least one upper trapezoidal body opening upwards and at least one lower trapezoidal body opening downwards arranged on the inner surface of the through hole; and at least one protrusion arranged on the outer surface of the pipe. The protrusion moves into or out of the bottom of the lower trapezoidal body by rotating the head press for preventing or permitting the press head from moving upwards such that the lotion bottle is convenient to be carried.

  • Patent number: 7300001
Abstract: A pump-dispensing atomizer includes a dispensing pump with a closure to engage with a container. The dispensing pump includes a pressing button with a booster chamber formed inside, a nozzle with one end extending from the pressing button and a probe formed with at least one section. An interior of the nozzle is formed with a guide chamber, and one end of the guide chamber is connected to the booster chamber. The guide chamber has at least one expanding sub-chamber. After the probe is disposed in the guide chamber, a boosting channel is formed between the expanding sub-chamber and the stepped section. Moreover, the pressure accumulator is mounted on the other end of the nozzle, which is formed with a spraying opening communicated to outer environment. As such, the pressure of liquid flowing in the nozzle will be increased effectively so that liquid is sprayed out with a higher pressure to increase the spraying speed of the liquid.

  • Patent number: 7044339
Abstract: A shroud cover for a pump dispenser includes a space formed inside, an opening formed at the bottom and one side of the shroud cover to provide a shell on the top, and a tube cap extended from the other side of the shroud cover. The dustproof shroud cover is securely fitted on the pump dispenser by accommodating a button and a dispensing pump of the pump dispenser in the space to receive a nozzle of the button in the tube cap. Such that, the shell shields above a pressing surface of the button with a gap formed therebetween to prevent the dispensing pump from being actuated by unintentionally pressing on the button during shipping or storage.

  • Patent number: 6851625
Abstract: An atomizer with high spraying speeds is disclosed. A spout has a booster chamber. One side of the spout is extended with a pumping tube. The pumping tube is formed with a guide chamber. The guide chamber has at least one expanding sub-chamber. The guide chamber is communicable to a booster chamber. A probe is placed in the guide chamber. The probe is formed with at least one stepped section. At least one boost chamber is formed with a spraying opening. A pumping tube with sliding fit encloses the booster chamber. A receiving chamber is formed between the pumping tube and the boosting chamber. A piston is assembled to the receiving chamber for pumping liquid into the receiving chamber. A triggering handle is assembled to the spout. The triggering handle is squeezable to slide into the pumping tube; and depress the piston to actuate the spraying of the liquid.

  • Patent number: 6230942
Abstract: A metered dispensing pump device preventable of water permeation is disclosed and is comprised of a liquid discharging cover, a cap, a liquid storing pipe, a liquid suction valve, a bottle cap, a spring, a valve film and a pipe-like seat. Wherein, the cap is screwed in and locked onto the pipe-like seat. One end of the liquid storing pipe is extended through the cap to connect with the liquid discharging cover, and the other end thereof is connected with the liquid suction valve. The liquid suction valve is loaded with the spring to firmly press the valve film onto the pipe-like seat; thus the metered dispensing pump device is constructed which is locked onto a bottle mouth. When the liquid discharging cover is pressed down, the liquid in the bottle can be easily drawn out of the bottle.
