A second metal is connected to one side of the metal wedge and a device for connecting the second metal to the metal wedge is provided.

A proximity magnetic sensor is connected at both ends of the two ended rotational blade. A stationary housing surrounds the shaft and the first two ended rotational blade. Several self-aligning repulsion electro-magnets are connected to the stationary housing and a proximity switch is connected with each of the self-aligning repulsion electro-magnets. An electronic ignition distributor is connected to each proximity switch connected with the self-aligning repulsion electro-magnets and a battery is connected to the electronic ignition distributor.

A second catalyst chamber of like configuration is provided. The inlet of the second catalyst chamber is connected with the outlet of the first catalyst chamber A pump is connected with the liquid processing system such that liquid at the inlet of the first catalyst chamber is sucked into the first catalyst chamber at a first PSI and velocity and pushed into the second catalyst chamber at a second PSI and velocity.

In one embodiment, the at least one pair of magnets is self aligning such that the north pole and the south pole are free to move so that the north pole and the south pole are always facing each other.
