Abstract: An improved financial instrument for the simultaneous issuing of an underlying financial asset such as a bond asset and an associated protective option both having a substantially long lifetime and an identical expiration date is disclosed. The financial asset and the associated protective option are offered as an integral financial package for a potential purchaser for purchase and optional trading on a financial market. The protective option part of the instrument provides hedging of the risk involved in the purchase of the package. A related computerized system and method, which provides integral financial package creation, package document output and package-specific option calculation through the acquisition of remote and local option-specific data and specific option pricing calculation modules, is also disclosed.
