A mounting shaft with a central pass-through bore enables tool-free engagement with pegboards or slotted panels via a keyhole opening and also permits direct or through-panel wall mounting with a fastener. Lateral pin-lock features provide rotational stability. The system supports interchangeable accessories including but not limited to hooks, straps, baskets, and other storage or non-storage elements across multiple surface types in a compact, space-efficient design.

The module may be located at various positions relative to the container, including a central cavity in the container.
