Abstract: Disclosed is a system and method for providing secure access control to an electronic network or device. By limiting the ability of a single administrator to act unilaterally without the agreement and/or notification of further system administrators, the data integrity and security of stored data, such as email accounts, may be enhanced and risk of compromise ameliorated. By permitting multiple administrators acting in a concert of action to access stored data, such as without notification of the email account holder, potential misconduct by email account holders may be audited.

Abstract: Methods, apparatus, and systems are provided to secure access to an account of a user. The account may have a system administrator. The user may have a credential for accessing the secure data on the account. The methods, apparatus, and systems involve setting a universal reset credential associated with the account, denying the system administrator of the account permission to change the first credential of the access feature, and permitting the system administrator to reset the access feature from the first credential to the universal reset credential.

Abstract: A small format retail business building includes a modular enclosure with at least four insulated walls, an insulated roof disposed over the walls, and a facade located parallel to each wall and adhered to the roof. The roof can support at least about 20 pounds per square foot and the roof and the walls are encapsulated with an elastomeric multilayer system. The system includes a first curable elastomeric layer, a polymeric mesh disposed on the first curable elastomeric layer, a second curable elastomeric layer disposed on the polymeric mesh, at least one insulated door disposed in one wall, at least one drive up window disposed in one wall and a framed flooring comprising a curable elastomer.
