  • Patent number: 11021931
Abstract: A sand fallback tool having an outer tubular body with proximal end, a distal end, a chamber therebetween surrounding an axis extending from the proximal end through the distal end, a tubular flow divider supported within the chamber to divide at least a portion of the chamber of the outer tubular body into a central passage along the axis and an annular passage radially intermediate an exterior of the tubular flow divider and an interior of the outer tubular body, and an unobstructed axial settling path from the proximal connector into the central passage. One embodiment further includes a tubular extension coupled to the proximal connector and extending along the axis to terminate at a distal end of the tubular extension received within a proximal end of the tubular flow divider to provide an ā€œSā€-shaped flow pathway intermediate the annular passage and the proximal connector of the outer tubular body.

  • Patent number: 7037185
Abstract: A housing has an interior with first and second ends and top and bottom faces. The housing has an air flow aperture in the top face. The housing has a debris aperture in the bottom face. The bottom face rests upon adjustable legs. Blades with cutting edges are provided in the housing in a cylindrical configuration. A first set of blades is adjacent to the top face. A second set of blades is adjacent to the bottom face. The sets of blades are independently rotatably coupled on a belt driven mount support subsystem each powered by a motor. A plurality of sensors is provided within the interior of the housing. A plurality of control switches controls the operation of the system.

  • Patent number: 6105905
Abstract: A railway gate system comprising a railway station having an elevated platform area for passengers to stand and a recessed area with a track and a train movable therealong. A gate has a continuous upper restraining rail along its length. A plurality of cylindrical posts each have an upper end secured to the lower surface of the rail and a lower end. A horizontal recess and vertical apertures are located in the edge of the platform area adjacent to the track. The recess is adapted to receive the rail when lowered to an inoperative orientation and with the circular apertures adapted to slidably receive the posts. Motion imparting mechanisms include elongated pistons having upper ends secured to the lower surface of the rail, central extents extending through selected spaced circular apertures in the platform and lower ends. Hollow cylinders are located beneath the selected spaced circular apertures having open upper ends to receive the pistons.

  • Patent number: 6079742
Abstract: A tire changing system with frame mounted jacks and lug wrench comprising a vehicle having a plurality of wheels and a frame with a pair of longitudinal lower supports horizontally situated on a lower surface thereof adjacent to sides thereof; four housings each having a horizontally oriented upper extent, a vertically oriented intermediate extent integrally coupled perpendicularly to an edge of the first horizontally extent, and a horizontally oriented open lower extent; four jacks coupled to the upper extent of an associated housing, each having an extended position upon the receipt of a raise signal for raising an associated wheel above the ground and a retracted position upon the receipt of a lower signal for lowering an associated wheel to the ground thus allowing normal operation thereof; and a control mechanism for allowing a user to selectively transmit to the jacks the raise signal and the lower signal.
