Abstract: An example implementation may involve a media playback system detecting two or more playback devices of a given type. The implementation may further involve transmitting, to a particular playback device of the detected playback devices, an instruction that causes the particular playback device to emit a given sound. The implementation may also involve receiving an identification of the particular playback device and displaying, via a graphical interface, one or more prompts to join the particular playback device into the media playback system.

Abstract: A process for the preparation of a catalyst composition, which process comprises: forming a carrier from a mixture comprising a pentasil zeolite, one or more porous refractory oxide binders selected from alumina, amorphous silica-alumina, aluminum phosphate, magnesia, chromia, titania, boria and silica, and an aqueous solution of a zirconia precursor, and impregnating said carrier with metal dopants comprising one or more Group 10 metals selected from platinum, palladium and mixtures thereof in a total amount in the range of from 0.001 to 1 wt. % and, optionally, in the range of from 0.01 to 0.5 wt. % tin, based on the total weight of the catalyst composition; a catalyst composition prepared by said process; and a process for the use of said catalyst composition in xylene isomerisation are provided.

Abstract: An alkylaromatic conversion catalyst system having (a) a first catalyst composition having (i) a carrier which includes a binder composition prepared from a mixture having one or more oligomerized alkoxy silicates and one or more hydrolyzing agents; and a ZSM-5 zeolite; (ii) one or more metals chosen from the group consisting of Groups 6, 9, 10 and 11; and optionally, (iii) a Group 14 metal; and (b) a second catalyst composition having (i) a carrier which includes a refractory oxide binder and a zeolite selected from one or more of ZSM-5, ferrierite, ZSM-11, ZSM-12 and EU-1; (ii) one or more metals chosen from the group consisting of Groups 6, 9, 10 and 11; and optionally, (iii) a Group 14 metal.

Abstract: A catalyst for the catalytic dehydrogenation of alkanes to the corresponding alkenes consists of platinum, gallium and optionally potassium on an alumina carrier. Silica has been added to the catalyst, preferably in an amount of 5-10 wt %, as a promotor for the performance thereof.

Abstract: A platinum-gallium based catalyst for alkane dehydrogenation is provided with an oxidation promotor in the form of cerium that is added to the catalyst composition to improve the regeneration thereof. The cerium is preferably added to the catalyst composition in an amount from 0.001 to 0.5 wt %.
