  • Patent number: 11916022
Abstract: Various embodiments of the present disclosure are directed towards a semiconductor processing system including an overlay (OVL) shift measurement device. The OVL shift measurement device is configured to determine an OVL shift between a first wafer and a second wafer, where the second wafer overlies the first wafer. A photolithography device is configured to perform one or more photolithography processes on the second wafer. A controller is configured to perform an alignment process on the photolithography device according to the determined OVL shift. The photolithography device performs the one or more photolithography processes based on the OVL shift.

  • Patent number: 7832744
Abstract: A stroller includes a main frame, a backrest, a backrest adjustor, and a linkage device. There is a guide rail formed inside the backrest adjustor. A positioning part of the backrest engages with the guide rail. When a handle of the linkage device is moved upward, a connecting component of the linkage device drives a pushing component of the linkage device to move upward along a supporting rod of the backrest. Accordingly, a protruding portion of the pushing component drives the backrest adjustor to rotate relative to a supporting frame of the main frame so as to release the positioning part from the guide rail.

  • Patent number: 7784151
Abstract: A swivel locking device for stroller wheel, comprising: a seat, a wheel bearing assembly, a locking pin, a biasing member, and an operating member. The seat and the wheel bearing assembly are coupled so as to rotate with respect to each other. The locking pin may move between a first position where the seat is coupled to suppress rotation between the seat and the wheel bearing assembly and a second position where the seat is decoupled to allow the rotation between the seat and the wheel bearing assembly. Normally, the biasing member biases the locking pin to the first position. The operating member moves between a locked position and a unlocked position. Movement of the operating member toward the locked position causes the locking pin to move toward the first position. The movement of operating member toward the unlocked position causes the locking pin to move toward the second position.

  • Patent number: 7780183
Abstract: An actuating mechanism for a foldable stroller includes a mounting housing disposed on a handle tube of the foldable stroller, and a disk disposed in the mounting housing and connected rotatably to the handle tube. The disk has a notch, and a control lever extending outwardly of the mounting housing. Two cables are fastened to the disk at two diametrically opposed positions, respectively. The control lever is pushable in a lever-driving direction to rotate relative to the mounting housing to thereby move the cables. A safety latch is disposed in the mounting housing, and has an integral engagement member biased to engage the notch in the disk, and an integral pushbutton pushable in a pushbutton-driving direction opposite to the lever-driving direction so as to remove the engagement member from the notch in the disk, thereby allowing for folding of the foldable stroller.

  • Patent number: 7731220
Abstract: A frame assembly for a double-seat baby stroller is provided. The frame assembly comprises: a first frame including a first main post, plural first bars, plural second bars, plural third bar, a central post and a first folding device pivotally connected to one another; and a second frame including a second main post, plural fourth bars, plural fifth bars, plural sixth bar, the central post and a second folding device pivotally connected to one another. The frame assembly is characterized by further comprising a linking mechanism connecting one of the bars of the first frame and one of the bars of the second frame, wherein when the second main post of the second frame and the central post become close to each other, the one of the bars of the first frame is driven to move via the linking mechanism by the one of the bars of the second frame, so that the first main post of the first frame and the central post become close to each other.
