Abstract: A mobile advertising system is provided that is removably affixable or permanently affixed to the roof of a passenger vehicle. Multiple displays are affixed to a frame so that they can be viewed from positions outside the vehicle. Dynamic video content is inputted to a controller assembly that independently sends a video feed to the displays. Video content is refreshed from internet feeds of from removable memory media. A wide area network connection interfaces the devices with the internet. A local area network connection ‘hot spot’ delivers internet services to passengers of the vehicle. GPS capabilities allow vehicle monitoring and geographically relevant content to be displayed. Other features are present as disclosed in the drawings and written description.
