    Abstract: A portable, lightweight and convenient device used to move a variety of items from one place to another. The device consists of a base assembly having a closeable lid. The closeable lid itself acts as a further base, on its upper surface to support other items carried within an enclosure formed by pliable material sidepanels, a front planar surface and a rear planar surface. The rear planar surface has a plurality of individual pockets disposed thereon.
