  • Patent number: 10474262
Abstract: There is provided a touch screen-integrated display device including a plurality of gate lines, a plurality of data lines, a touch sensing line, a plurality of subpixel areas, a gate electrode provided in each of the subpixel areas, an active layer, a source electrode and a drain electrode, a gate insulator, a pixel electrode, and a sensing contact part. The sensing contact part includes a portion that is formed of the same material as the pixel electrode. Further, there is provided a method for fabricating a touch screen-integrated display device, including forming a gate electrode, forming an active layer, a source electrode, a drain electrode, and a data line, forming a pixel electrode and a touch sensing line, and forming a common electrode to be overlapped with the pixel electrode. Thus, there is an effect of reducing the number of mask processes.
