  • Patent number: 4334691
Abstract: A sledge with ski-like runners, which are mounted on bracket-like transverse connecting members by means of inclined tilt axes. The runners are tilted in the same direction when travelling along inclined ground or when riding round curves the runners being simultaneously displaced longitudinally relative to one another. A seat is mounted on the connecting members and is thereby displaced and inclined. The runners can be mounted in a light ploughing position and with a pre-tilting, so that the runners in the neutral or straight position will run on their inner edges.

  • Patent number: 4036506
Abstract: A sled on which two movable runners in front and two in back are mounted so that they can be tilted on a sled frame, so that the canting axes, running in the direction of travel, are primarily parallel over the sled's contact surface and the runners are connected with each other by at least one jointed parallelogram which transfers the tilting motion.
