  • Publication number: 20150203765
Abstract: A method for depolymerizing rubber tires. Rubber fuel may be pyrolyzed to produce a recovered carbon containing strands responsive to a magnet and vaporized rubber-derived compounds containing particulate material. The vaporized rubber-derived compounds containing particulate material may be passed through a cyclone to separate the particulate material from the vaporized rubber-derived compounds. The vaporized rubber-derived compounds may be contacted with a first liquid hydrocarbon material having a first boiling point to at least partially condense the vaporized rubber-derived compounds and produce a first liquid hydrocarbon product and a first residual vapor. The first liquid hydrocarbon product, the first residual vapor, and the recovered carbon may be separately recovered.

  • Patent number: 5845472
Abstract: A harvesting attachment for an agricultural machine for picking and transporting stalk crops has a central part having two sides, two side parts turnably mounted on the sides of the central part and provided with working elements, the side parts are extendable to assume a working position and movable upwardly as well as turnable inwardly to assume a transporting position for reducing a width of the harvesting attachment, so that the side parts with said working elements in the transporting position are located at least partially one above the other.

  • Patent number: 5651243
Abstract: A cutting and transporting mechanism for stalk harvesting products comprises at least one cutting disc, at least transporting disc arranged coaxially relative to the cutting disc and provided with a plurality of transporting prongs arranged on a circumference of the transporting disc, a rotatable reamer associated with the transporting prongs at a discharge location. The rotating reamer has a rotary axis located inside a circumference of the transporting disc and is driven in a direction corresponding to a direction of rotation of the transporting disc. The cutting discs carry on their outer sides catching strips extending at a flat angle .beta. to the tangent. They transport the cut product stalks radially inwardly and are inserted in depressions of the transporting discs.

  • Patent number: 5329753
Abstract: A corn harvesting implement for a field chopping machine has a drawing-in trough, a plurality of transporting passages supported on the drawing-in trough, the transporting passages including at least two outer transporting passages which are foldable upwardly to a transporting position for obtaining a smaller transporting width and foldable outwardly to a working position. The transporting passages also include stationary transporting passages. The transporting passages are arranged so that in the working position a predetermined distance is provided between at a part of at least one of the upwardly foldable transporting passages and at least a part of a neighboring part of the stationary transporting passages. Means for increasing the distance at least before a beginning of folding the upwardly foldable passages from the working position to the transporting position is provided.

  • Patent number: 5157904
Abstract: In a sugar-cane harvesting machine with a mobile machine base frame and a chopping mechanism (8), harvesting attachments which can be optionally fixed on the machine base frame are provided for adapting to different harvesting circumstances and terrain conditions, of which harvesting attachments one is designed for single-row harvesting and another for multi-row harvesting. The harvesting attachments contain row dividers (5, 6, 7), a mowing mechanism (23, 24, 25, 26) and a feeding mechanism (b 19, 20, 21, 41, 42). The multi-row harvesting attachment projects beyond the chopping mechanism (8) predominantly on one side so that symmetry is produced with respect to the running gear. In the uniform feeding space behind the mowing mechanism, the stream of material is laterally constricted and, specifically, preferably on one side.
