Patent number: 7648356Abstract: A system for producing a strip of dough from a strip of raw dough has a bottom pressing device and an upper pressing device with an interposed processing gap for the strip of dough. The pressing devices each have a plurality of planetary rollers that are rotatably driven about their longitudinal axes in each case. In the circumferential direction the planetary rollers are equidistantly distributed about a common central primary axis that extends parallel to the planetary longitudinal axes. The planetary rollers are jointly driveable so as to rotate about the primary axes. Each planetary roller has a middle part coming into contact with the strip of dough, and removably connected to the ends thereof and integral in rotation therewith shaft stubs. The latter are axially and radially supported on frontal head plates of the pressing devices. The dough-strip production system is easy to clean.Type: GrantFiled: October 1, 2007Date of Patent: January 19, 2010Assignee: Werner & Pfleiderer Lebensmitteltechnik GmbHInventor: Rudolf Fiedler

Patent number: 7409904Abstract: A baking oven comprises a feeding portion having a feeding aperture for introducing dough pieces, a baking chamber and a discharge portion having a discharge aperture for removing dough pieces. In addition, a circulating air unit is provided which comprises a circulating air source generating a circulating air flow, a circulating air heating means and a circulating air guiding channel a part of which is formed by the baking chamber. A plurality of receptacles for dough pieces are mounted in the baking chamber to be freely rotatable or pivotable around a horizontal rotation or pivot axis. The rotation or pivot axes of the receptacles are located higher than the centre of gravity of the receptacles even if the receptacles are filled with dough pieces. As a result, a baking oven is provided in which the dough pieces can be distributed as evenly as possible and moved along during the baking process.Type: GrantFiled: June 24, 2004Date of Patent: August 12, 2008Assignee: Werner & Pfleiderer LebensmitteltechnikInventors: Frank Blümel, Bernd Dannenhauer, Dieter Knost, Rudolf Fiedler, Thomas Schmidt

Patent number: 7230362Abstract: An electric-motor driven actuator has a housing, in which a motor and a carrier plate are arranged and the carrier plate is connected in a fixed manner to a brush holder. The brush holder has a first brush holder which is rigidly connected to the carrier plate. A second brush holder component is also provided which is mechanically coupled to the first brush holder component and is decoupled in a vibration-neutralizing manner from the first brush holder component via at least one damping element and which holds brushes via which contact can be made with a commutator of the motor.Type: GrantFiled: October 20, 2004Date of Patent: June 12, 2007Assignee: Siemens AGInventors: Matthias Benkert, Rudolf Fiedler

Publication number: 20050264127Abstract: An electric-motor driven actuator has a housing, in which a motor (3) and a carrier plate (4) are arranged, whereby the carrier plate (4) is connected in a fixed manner to a brush holder (5). The brush holder (5) has a first brush holder component (51), which is connected rigidly to the carrier plate (4). A second brush holder component (51) is also provided, which is coupled mechanically to the first brush holder component (51) and is decoupled in a vibration-neutralizing manner from the first brush holder component (51) by means of at least one damping element (54) and which holds brushes (54), via which contact can be made with a commutator (37) of the motor (3).Type: ApplicationFiled: October 20, 2004Publication date: December 1, 2005Applicant: SIEMENS AKTIENGESELLSCHAFTInventors: Matthias Benkert, Rudolf Fiedler

Patent number: 5924326Abstract: In order to be able to adjust the axial play of a shaft in a shaft holder using a universal buffer component (1) for each unit in a production series, despite a wide tolerance range within the series, a buffer component is mounted so as to be rotatable in the shaft holder (3) at right angles to the axis of the shaft (2). The buffer component (1) is further provided with a circumferential buffer surface which is eccentric with respect to its axis of rotation (4.1). This buffer surface preferably follows an Archimedean spiral and is advantageously made up of individual buffer surfaces (F1-F14). The surfaces (F1-F14) extend tangentially to the Archimedean spiral and each have a buffer region disposed at right angles to the shaft (2). The buffer region is radially set back relative to the trailing edge of the buffer surface in the direction of rotation. The length of this set back corresponds to the desired, nominal axial play ("a") to be set for the shaft (2).Type: GrantFiled: March 24, 1997Date of Patent: July 20, 1999Assignee: Siemens AktiengesellschaftInventors: Rudolf Fiedler, Holger Hamann

Patent number: 5566592Abstract: An adjusting drive having a gear housing sealed by a gear-housing lid, with a gear wheel or driver rotatably or sluably supported therein. An axial bearing neck is premolded on the gear-housing lid. A radial inner bearing projection concentric to the driver is premolded on the driver and provides a bearing arrangement inside the bearing neck. A radially outer bearing projection is also premolded on the driver and tangentially and sluably supports the gear wheel.Type: GrantFiled: January 19, 1995Date of Patent: October 22, 1996Assignee: Siemens AktiengesellschaftInventors: Peter Adam, Rudolf Fiedler
