  • Patent number: 7602614
Abstract: An electronic module and a method for the production thereof is disclosed. In one embodiment, the electronic module has a plurality of components arranged on a wiring block. The wiring block has a plurality of outer sides and has in its volume lines interconnecting contact pads on the outer sides. The contact pads are electrically connected to component connections of the components.

    Assignee: Infineon Technologies AG
Inventors: Michael Bauer, Wolfram Eurskens, Rudolf Kerler, Heinz Pape, Peter Strobel, Stephan Stoeckl
  • Patent number: 7276785
Abstract: The invention relates to an electronic module having electronic components, which are arranged in vertically staggered component layers, which are electrically conductively connected to one another via regions, which are uncovered within the respective component layers, of contact bumps or of bonding connections and via interconnects, which are arranged between the component layers and are connected to the uncovered regions. Moreover, the invention relates to a process for producing the electronic module, either in a panel or as individual components.

  • Patent number: 6146698
Abstract: An apparatus for simultaneously wetting a plurality of electrical contact areas with a liquid includes a punch with nubs or studs made of an elastomer. The number, configuration and dimensions of the nubs are adapted to the contact areas to be wetted. A process for simultaneously wetting a plurality of electrical contact areas with a liquid includes wetting the nubs with the liquid, leading the punch over the contact areas in such a way that the nubs are each disposed over one of the contact areas, and subsequently transferring the liquid from the nubs onto the contact areas.

  • Patent number: 4815672
Abstract: A toroidal core coil winding appliance is provided including a toroidal core mount, a wire feed and a conveyor means for shaping and turning wire loops through the toroidal core opening which further includes at least two stationary conveyor sheaves and a plurality of deflection rollers whose rotational axes are arranged parallel to one another and preferably perpendicular to the rotational axis of the toroidal core. Flexible conveyor belts are guided on the conveyor sheaves with the assistance of the deflection rollers, these flexible conveyor belts being pressed against one another over longer sections of the wire loop paths. The wire loops are clamped between the conveyor belts and are drawn through the toroidal core openings. After the acceptance of a defined wire length in the conveyor means, the wire feed is stopped and, at the same time, the clamped wire end is deflected out of the conveying plane of the wire loop.

  • Patent number: 4721261
Abstract: An improved toroidal core attaching device for a winding device for toroidal coils including a receptacle sleeve held on a pivotable arm to receive the toroidal core, the core and receptacle being pivotable on the arm into the orbit of an annular wire magazine. The receptacle sleeve is open in a region of its generated surface which is directed to the center of the magazine in the winding position and the receptacle sleeve and toroidal core form a clamp therebetween for an end of the wire. The open region of the receptacle sleeve forms an access opening for the clamping area.
