Abstract: An arrangement for protecting a belt has a cover element arranged to at least partially surround a belt pulley, and a hood element arranged on the cover element and adjustable relative to the other in direction normal to the axis of the belt pulley. The hood element may be telescopically displaceable over the cover element and fixable to the same. The hood element may also be formed as a bellows with an adjustable length.

Abstract: A drive control, for example for a sewing machine, for controlling speeds and positioning of of a drive shaft driven by a drive motor includes a control box accommodating a speed control circuit and a positioning control circuit and a nominal value pick up which is releasably attachable with respect to the control box. The nominal value pick up can be fixedly adjusted on the control box.

Abstract: A driving arrangement with a friction clutch has at least one clutch element arranged to transmit torque and forming a friction face, and at least one lubricating storing container carried by the clutch element and arranged for accommodating a lubricating medium and distributing the latter over the friction face. The clutch element may be provided with a friction member forming the friction face and constituted of cork. The lubricant storing container may be formed as a hollow ring whose hollow is connected with the friction face so as to provide a dosed passage or the lubricating medium to the latter.
